Want Career Success? - Run towards FEAR

Inspiring Life Story:

The story is of the Zen master and the dogs in the temple, which is often been told and has a strong message that has changed lives..

The story goes that while visiting a little Himalayan kingdom, the master decided to visit the temple there.
As he walked in with his local guide through the temple gates, he saw two large, ferocious dogs chained to the iron grills at the entrance.

Their tongues were wagging, the saliva was dripping. And they were barking non-stop. Just the kind of sight that could instil fear in anybody's mind!
"Don't worry, master!" said the helpful guide. "I know they look really scary. But the chains are very strong, and there is no way the dogs can break free!"

The master continued to walk through the long courtyard, towards the main temple. Even as he tried to concentrate on the temple's history that the guide was narrating, he kept looking back at those dogs. And his ears seemed to be echoing with the noise of their barking.
And as he looked back one more time, he could not believe what he saw. The dogs had broken free from their chains, and were running towards him. Instantly, the master started to run too.

Directly towards the dogs! Yes, he began to run -- not away from the dogs, but towards them!
And guess what happened? The dogs were so surprised to see the master running towards them that they quietly turned and went back towards the gate!

Human beings often have a habit of creating fear in their mind, which basically stops and hold them back in in order to get successful in their respective careers. I would encouage everyone to get fearless while approaching to any living object in this world, as it can't hurt you until you allow.

An ideal example would be this
In this movie, Bruce Wayne overcome his fear of bats and become a Batman and saves his city.

Note: Don't try the above formula with buses or metro as they are non-living things. If you let them kill you then they will surely kill you. No offense to Superheros. ;)

Hope you have a fearless day.

Be Fearless, Get Successful.

Inner Voice - Fear

Inner Voice – FEAR, your worst enemy.

Fear is your own making and it is in your mind only. We’re prisoners of a non-existing threat of your own creation. Don’t be scared of it; face it and make it disappear.
True, it is the human nature to fear and be cautious. But most of the time, fear kills your zeal to take up an initiative for success. Dale Carnegie says fear leads to inaction, which turns many doubts and more fear. Action breeds confidence and courage. “If you want to conquer fear, do not sit at home just to brood about it. Go out and get busy.”
Perhaps Mark Twain has better words, “Do the thing you fear the most and the death of fear is certain.” So, what we fear most must be your first target of attack.
Success does not come to those who make fear a constant part of their persona. Success goes to them who are fearless and undaunted in the face of failures and challenges. If Gandhi had made a fear a part of his character, India would have never got freedom. He was frail and weak but his courage and fearlessness and his feeble cry moved millions inside and outside the country.
And, if Neil Armstrong had been scared of the danger of going to and landing on moon, he would have never got the proud moment of making his joyous and triumphant cry, “A small step for a man, a giant leap for the mankind.”
Any success demands a great desire to eclipse the fear of failure. In other words of Bill Cosby, “ your desire for success should be greater than your fear of failure.”
It is not that one will succeed always. That should not stand as a problem. One who can bounce back and then goes to war fully equipped will surely have success in his bag.

I hope this will help you to enhance your college experience or your day to day experience in life to achieve higher and valuable rewards in life.

How Do You Fight Stress?

How do you fight stress? Here are some ways:

Eat foods rich in Vitamin B2. Vitamin B2 is a well-known vitamin in helping your body relax and fight stress. So when you are feeling the pressure at work or your life at home, make sure to consume foods such as green leafy vegetables, fish, and eggs that are rich in Vitamin B2. These foods will help eliminate stress, and also the chances of the development of acne on your skin.
Exercise regularly. Regular exercises also help alleviate the effects of stress. When you exercise, your body releases endorphins, which help improve your mood. With a positive mood, you will notice a significant drop in your stress levels. Plus, exercising will also help improve your self-esteem by giving you a great-looking body.
Escape from stress. Whether it is a boring routine or work-related stress, you deserve the chance to get away from these stressors from time to time. Now if you feel trapped, all you need is to take a vacation or take a break from your routine. Once you return, you will feel refreshed, recharged, and ultimately, stress-free. Without stress, you won’t have to worry about pimples breaking out once again.
Seek help. You cannot carry the weight of the world on your shoulders—and you don’t have to. If you are feeling particularly stressed at home or at work, talking to somebody you trust always works. Whether you just need somebody to listen to you, or someone who can give you with sage advice, being able to have someone to tell your problems to will be a great way to deal with stress.

Hair Dressing Styles- Easy and Quick

Here are seven fabulous and easy ways to do your hair when you’re pressed for time. Your hair will look hot, and no one will ever know you slept in!
Get Rid of Greasy Hair
1. Get Rid of Grease
Beat oily “second day” hair with this easy trick: grab some baby powder if you’re light-haired or matte bronzer if you’re a brunette and apply it to your roots with a big fluffy makeup brush. This absorbs grease and makes your hair look fresh. Then just fix any stray strands with a flat iron; shake out your hair and go.
Gossip Girl's Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester) in a Red Headband
2. Slip on a Headband
For an elegant style that’s so Blair on Gossip Girl, smooth out your hair with a brush, then pull on a wide headband to cover up messier strands and look instantly polished.
Messy Bun Hairstyle
3. Do a Messy Bun
This is the basic go-to staple for most college girls because it takes two seconds. Gather your hair on top of your head and wrap an elastic band around 2-3 times. Next, shape the bun with a few bobby pins that match your hair color, pull out a few ends to make it messier, and finish with a spray of hairspray.
Asian Inspired Chopstick Hair Bun
4. Try Chopstick Hair
This style only looks difficult.. it’s actually insanely easy to do. You don’t need actual chopsticks for this look – special hair sticks or even a pencil will work in a pinch.
Serena Van Der Woodsen Chic Ponytail
5. Make a Chic Ponytail
If your hair is curly, use a little anti-frizz cream first. If you have straight locks, scrunch in curl cream to bring out some waves. Tease hair at the crown then pull into a low ponytail. Leave a ½ inch strand out and secure the ponytail with a clear elastic. Wrap the extra strand around the elastic and secure with a bobby pin.
Lauren Conrad (LC) With The Front Hair Poof Hairstyle
6. Do a Front Hair Poof
This popular hairstyle is a great way to hide bangs you might be growing out, and is also very simple to do. Just separate the section of hair from temple to temple, tease it with a fine-toothed comb and secure with two bobby pins in an X. If your hair won’t stay in the bobby pins, tease the section more or use four pins.
Matthew Williamson Inspired Sideways French Braid
7. French Braid Sideways
Inspired by Matthew Williamson, this style is best if you’re good at French braiding, but with practice anyone can do it. Part your hair to the side then French braid across your hairline, securing with a clear elastic.

Skin Care Tips

Skincare Tips

We all want clear skin.  Unfortunately, the majority of us don’t have it.  So how do we get it?  Well, there are hundreds of different natural and medicinal techniques and treatments out there to help you, and we offer many remedies here at Acne Skin Site.  Regardless of what extra steps you take to achieve clear skin, it is important to follow a daily skincare routine to keep your skin fresh, clean, and hydrated.

1. You MUST wash your face morning and night with a gentle cleanser.
Washing your face in the morning will remove any oils or impurities that collect on your skin while you sleep. If you have naturally oily skin, bad oils will be pulled to the surface while you sleep.  Oils can also collect on your face from your hair or if you sweat at night.  We typically sleep with the same bed sheets for about a week so germs and bacteria can accrue from these areas as well.  Here’s a very important tip if you wash your face in the shower: Make sure you use your facial cleanser AFTER shampooing and conditioning your hair.  Many shampoos and conditioners include ingredients that once rinsed out of your hair, seep onto your skin, and can definitely clog your pores and irritate the skin.  Cleansing after will remove any of this hair product build-up from settling on your face.
Even more crucial is washing your face at the end of the day.  Our skin comes in contact with so many elements on a daily basis.  We touch our faces with our hands after touching something dirty, sweat, residue in the air, cell phones and headsets skimming our faces, wearing makeup which can clog pores, among other things, all add up by the end of the day.  Skin is restored and renewed during the night while the body is at rest, so it is necessary to wash off the residue before you lay your head down on your pillow. If you’re breaking out, a clean face is pertinent so your pores can breathe and heal any breakouts while you sleep.   You need to make sure you hydrate your skin properly to balance the pH of your skin.  And for those random late nights, or early mornings, when you’re crawling into bed when the sun is starting to rise, at least swipe a facial cleansing cloth over your face to remove dirt and bacteria…hey, we’ve all been there!  Just don’t make it a daily habit!

2. Exfoliate dry, dead skin at least 2-3 times a week!
Exfoliation is the removal of cellular buildup (dead skin) by use of gentle skin polishing beads.  Some exfoliators come in the form of a cleanser and exfoliator in one but this may not be the best solution for you.  Depending on your skin type, some of you may have more sensitive skin and may want to exfoliate only 2-3 times a week instead of every day.  The best time to exfoliate is in the evening before bed, when your skin can have time to breathe and be restored.  Exfoliating can also occasionally cause mild redness on the skin which is painless but caused by the friction of the beads being worked in a circular motion against your skin.  Due to the redness that may occur, we wouldn’t recommend utilizing an exfoliate treatment if you have a big date or event to attend in the next couple hours!

3. Use an oil-free moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated and clear.
Keeping your skin hydrated 24 hours a day will eliminate unneeded breakouts!  Yes, you read this correctly!  Many people think that using a moisturizer on their face will lead to more breakouts but the opposite is true.  Skin needs hydration.  Without hydration, your skin will pull oils, bad oils, to the surface trying to hydrate your skin.  These bad oils cause more breakouts that wouldn’t normally occur.  Using a fragrance-free moisturizer will balance the moisture of your skin, which in turn, eliminates bad oils from creeping their way out of your skin, hence less breakouts.  An oil-free moisturizer is best to use twice a day.  Only those of you with severely dry skin may want to look into using a moisturizer infused with oil for the night time, but then continue using an oil-free moisturizer during the day.  Who wants to have oily or dry skin that leads to breakouts? Not we at Acne Skin Site and we’re sure not you…So keep those faces hydrated and see what a positive difference it makes on your skin!

4. Additional Skin Care Tips
-       During the winter months, heating your home can make the air quite dry.  To add additional moisture to your skin, using a humidifier will increase the moisture levels in the air.  Other health benefits of using a humidifier include decreasing dry sinuses, hydrating your lips, and minimizing bloody noses.  Using cool or warm mist does not matter, the same benefits will arise.
-       Workout out at least 4 days a week. This promotes good circulation, sweating toxins out of your body, opening of your pores, and a healthy body!
-       Get at least 8 hours of sleep a night.
-       Avoid processed foods that are loaded with an excess of sodium, sugar, and fat.
-       What you take into your body will exude through your skin so eat lots of fruits, veggies, and lean proteins like fish and chicken. “You are what you eat!”
Following a daily skincare routine will take years off your face so don’t wait.  Now is the time to take the best care of your skin and we know you’ll be happy you did.  You only have one life to live so make it your best life possible – and it starts with good health.

I hope this information comes helpful to you.
